Mediation Services

Mediation offers a structured way to address a commercial dispute without asking a mediator to decide the outcome. The mediator remains neutral, helps the parties identify the issues that matter and supports a focused discussion about practical options.

The process can be adapted to the dispute. It may include joint meetings, private meetings with the mediator and input from each party's legal, financial or technical advisers. Participation is voluntary, and confidentiality applies subject to the Mediation Act 2017 and other legal obligations.
